After spending years working for the organization a time come when an employee will be required to leave the organizations either through retirement, redundancy , dismissal and end of contract. This can be a traumatic period for the employee and if not handled careful it can lead to emotional distress for the employee and they may feel resentment towards the organization. It is important to prepare the employee well to ensure that the transition is seamless.
We conduct group preparation if there is a team leaving together or individual counseling for employees leaving employment at different times.
We also conduct debriefing for employees working in stressful situations like disaster management, and or when there is death among the staff.
